So here's a recap of the first week of my #instanthappy challenge. I love taking time every morning to reflect on one simple thing that makes me happy. It's amazing how something so simple can really change your perspective. Also, my 13 year old daughter (that's her up in the top left corner a couple of years back) is "following" me and playing along too!
